  • Limit or avoid the use of alcohol and other similar drugs.
  • Stop smoking.
  • Exercise regularly.
  • Reduce stress.
  • Get enough sleep.
  • Deal with anxiety or depression.
  • See your doctor for regular checkups and medical screening tests.
