Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng, Ginseng Root) - 90g.
-tonify Qi, calm spirit
Fu Ling (Sclerotium Poriae Cocos, China Root, Poria, Hoelen) - 90g.
-tonify Qi, calm spirit
Chang Pu (Rhizoma Acori Graminei) - 60g.
-clears ones mind (clears the senses), calm the spirit
Yuan Zhi (Radix Polygalae Tenuifoliae, Chinese Senega Root, Polygala) - 60g.

Cooking Preparation of Ding Zhi Wan
When preparing this chinese medicine formula all herbal ingredients should be ground into a fine powder and formed into small pills with honey. Each dosage should equal 6 grams and be taken 3 times per day. If this natural herbal formula is prepared as a decoction a reduction in dosage should be administered to the above specified dosage. Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng) is usually replaced with 2-3 times the amount of Dang Shen (Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae).
