Dang Gui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis, Chinese Angelica Root, Tang-kuei) - 30g.

-invigorate blood circulation, eliminate stasis

Chuan Xiong (Radix Ligustici Chuanxiong, Szechuan Lovage Root, Enidium) - 30g.

-invigorate blood circulation, eliminate stasis

Ru Xiang (Gummi Olibanum, Frankincense, Mastic) - 60g.

-invigorate blood circulation, eliminate stasis

MoYao (Myrrha, Myrrh) - 30g.

-invigorate blood circulation, eliminate stasis

Xue Jie (Sanguis Draconis) - 30g.

-invigorate blood circulation, eliminate stasis

Tu Bie Chong (Eupolyphaga Seu Opisthoplatia, Cockroach) - 30g.

-invigorate blood circulation, eliminate stasis

Ma Huang (Herba Ephedrae, Ephedra Stem, Ma-huang) - 60g.

-regulates skin and muscles, guides other herbs to muscle and skin levels

Zi Ran Tong (Pyritum) - 30g.

-invigorates blood, eliminate swelling, alleviate pain, aids healing fractured bones

Cooking Preparation of Die Da Wan

This traditional chinese medicine formula should have all its herbal ingredients into a fine powder and formed into pills with honey. Each pill should be approximately 3 grams and each dosage is made up of 1-2 pills two times daily. Each dosage should be taken with warm water or wine.
